Most leadership training teaches managers what to do. Behavioral Resilience Training™ starts with why they do what they do when the pressure spikes, before any new skill can be applied. The behavioral pattern driving burnout, avoidance, and reactive leadership runs automatically until it is named and interrupted. That is what Sessions 1 through 4 are designed to do.
Every manager completes the Manager Resilience Scorecard™ before Session 1 and after Session 4. You receive an aggregate report showing pillar score movement across your entire management team, specific behavioral data across five pillars showing what changed and by how much.
