Nagham Alsamari, Founder And CEO

Nagham is a dedicated life-long learner and educator that used tough experiences she has gone through to turn into learning opportunities and challenges to overcome.

She is a servant leader with over 15 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal and training director. Nagham is a former ESL refugee student from Iraq who turned her life around using her strong leadership skills and love for learning and serving.

Being a servant leader, to Nagham means giving. There is so much taking going on in life that she believes strongly in giving back in many forms.

Helping others grow as leaders is one of the best ways one can give back, which pushes Nagham to spend her time volunteering at the National Society for Leadership and Success to providing mentoring for students awaiting induction, as well as provides free training via social media outlets to help empower others to be more.

Nagham holds various degrees including: B.A. in Education, M.S. in Science Education, and M.A. in Administration and Supervision and is currently working towards earning her doctorate degree specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a Toastmasters International member and won 1st place at the International Speech Area contest in 2021. Currently she is working on organizing and chartering a Toastmasters club in her local area to help others practice their leadership and public speaking skills.

As a Maxwell leadership certified coach, teacher, trainer, speaker and DISC trainer, Nagham is able to provide individual or group leadership development training to support professionals in seeing and reaching their potential. She believes that life's satisfaction comes from helping others and therefore it is each person's responsibility in life to answer a calling. Sometimes the calling a one person, a cause, or it could be a whole community in need. Every person is a leader within and has the capability to grow through what they choose to do in life.
