On August 14th, Imkan Leadership Development hosted another successful Imkan Connect event, bringing together passionate small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders from Dearborn and surrounding areas. The theme, “Lead with Purpose,” set the tone for an evening filled with meaningful discussions, interactive networking, and valuable connections.

The evening kicked off with a workshop I led, focusing on making deliberate decisions to achieve greater impact. Attendees delved into the significance of leading with purpose and intentionality across all aspects of their business. Through engaging exercises, participants were empowered to integrate these principles into their daily operations.

Imkan Connect is known for its emphasis on meaningful networking. This event featured multiple networking sessions where attendees exchanged ideas and forged new relationships.
