Who is this mastermind for?

Entrepreneurs who own small, service-based businesses and are ready to grow through structure, strategy, and shared support. If you value accountability, honesty, and real progress, you’ll fit right in.

What if I’m just starting out or in a pivot?

That’s okay - as long as you’re actively working in your business and ready to grow. What matters more than revenue is your willingness to show up, contribute, and take action.

What’s the time commitment?

We meet once a month for an hour. You’re expected to attend consistently, contribute thoughtfully, and follow through on your goals between sessions.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings are uploaded to our private portal so you can catch up. That said, consistency is part of what makes this group powerful, so regular attendance is strongly encouraged.

What does the $10/month cover?

It helps sustain the mastermind: scheduling, session recordings, portal access, shared resources, and the time it takes to run a valuable group experience. It’s a small investment with a big return.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - you can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle. Once billed, payments are non-refundable.

Can I apply anytime?

Yes - applications are accepted year-round. If you’re approved mid-cycle, you’ll only be billed for the remaining months in that cycle (e.g., joining in July means you’d pay for August–November).

Your membership officially begins the month after payment and gives you access for the rest of that current 6-month cycle: June–November or December–May. Spots are limited, and the group size stays intentionally small to keep the experience high-impact.

What should I bring to each session?

Come prepared with a current challenge, win, or question you want support on. You’ll also want a notebook or digital doc for action steps, plus anything you need to stay fully present (water, coffee, calendar, etc.).

Is this in person or virtual?

The Entrepreneur Exchange is fully virtual. Meetings are held over Zoom so you can join from anywhere, with a stable internet connection and camera on. You’ll receive a recurring link once your membership is confirmed.

How many people are in each group?

Each group is kept intentionally small - typically 4 to 6 members. This ensures every voice is heard, and each session offers real connection and impact.

Can I invite someone to join?

Yes, if you know someone who could be a strong fit, feel free to share the application link with them. All potential members must fill out the application and go through the approval process to ensure alignment with the group.
