These Terms of Use apply to Are You a Speaker with a Message? Start Here., the free speaker playbook created by Nagham Alsamari and published by Imkan Leadership Development LLC (“Imkan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the playbook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the Playbook

You may download, save, and print the playbook for your own learning and use in preparing, organizing, and developing your speaking activities.

You may apply its ideas to your own work, including paid speaking engagements. You do not need permission to put what you learn into practice.

The playbook is provided free of charge. Requesting it does not require you to purchase a service or subscribe to promotional emails.

Ownership and Permitted Use

The original text, design, and other original materials in the playbook are owned by Imkan Leadership Development LLC, except where another owner is identified. Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

-Sell the playbook or include it in a paid product, course, or membership.

-Copy or adapt substantial portions for publication or distribution.

-Present the playbook or its original content as your own.

-Remove its copyright notices or author attribution.

-Upload or host the PDF on another website, public drive, or resource library.

-Repackage it as your own guide, template collection, or training material.

These terms do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
