1. Overview
Imkan Leadership Development (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers professional development experiences, including the Resilience Action Lab, Spark Path, and other workshops led by Nagham Alsamari.
By registering for or attending any Imkan Leadership Development event or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Event Participation
Registration provides access only to the specific session selected.
You agree to attend respectfully and maintain a professional environment during all live or virtual sessions.
We reserve the right to update event content, materials, or facilitators as needed to improve your learning experience.
3. Recordings and Media
We record all live virtual sessions and may capture screenshots for recap or promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the recording of your voice, image, or written contributions.
If you prefer not to appear in any recordings, please keep your camera off and notify us before the event at [email protected].
Portions of recorded sessions may be used in marketing, training, or educational content.
4. Spark Path Access
All participants in the Resilience Action Lab receive free access to Spark Path, Imkan’s resource hub featuring reflection prompts, leadership checklists, and short tools to strengthen resilience.
Spark Path resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
5. Ignite Path Membership
Video recordings and extended materials are available exclusively through the Ignite Path Membership.
If you are not a current Ignite Path member, recording access is not included with free Lab registration.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during Imkan Leadership Development programs, including handouts, slides, videos, and workbooks, are the property of Imkan Leadership Development.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our programs are designed for educational and professional development purposes.
We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or business results stemming from applying the material discussed.
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
