🔴 In-Person Working Session · 24 Seats Only

The Session
Learn what you don't see about yourself, what's happening in your brain the moment you react, and how your own behavioral wiring shapes both, in one working session led by Rola Abbas and Nagham Alsamari.
Uncover what others already see in you that you don't. The Johari Window exercise surfaces the gap between self-perception and reality.
Identify the automatic response pattern triggered under pressure, and learn how to redirect it into confident, clear communication in the moment.
See how your behavioral wiring connects to your blind spots and your reactions through the DISC Personality Profile.
Walk away with a clear picture of how you're seen, how you react, and why, plus a repeatable way to catch yourself before the pattern runs its course.
